We're asset-based lenders. We focus on the deal, not just the borrower.
We lend on residential 1–4 unit, multi-family, and small commercial properties in most U.S. markets.
First-time investors are welcome on fix-and-flip and bridge loans. Construction loans require a track record.
We want to understand how you plan to repay — sale, refinance, or rental income. A clear exit is key.
We require borrowers to have meaningful equity in the deal. The more you bring, the better your terms.
